If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, and want to request for a refund, please find the details below.
Requesting for Refunds:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.
To claim the refund, you must write to us with one of these details so we can track your transaction
1) Email ID used at the time of purchase OR
2) Transaction ID
It would really help us to serve our customers better, if you can let us know the reason for request as well.
Getting Returns Processed:
We will respond to you within 12 hours on the status of your refund request. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit usually within 3-5 days. It depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Refunds on Installments:
If you are on a recurring or installment plan, you can request for a refund of the first payment within 30 days of purchase.
We do send reminder emails about your billing.
Anytime after, you can request to cancel further billing. Your access will expire at the end of the billing cycle.
