  • Once you download the files, you will find them in your My Documents > Downloads or other folder based on the set up in your browser
  • When you unzip the files, you will have multiple folders created with pptx files in them
  • The files open in PowerPoint 2007, 2010, and 2013 on Windows and on PowerPoint 2011 on Mac.
  •  If you have an earlier version of PowerPoint, i.e. 2003, you would need to download and install Windows compatibility pack from Microsoft to work with pptx files.
