I have an issue with checkout. How do I purchase without PayPal?

If you have an issue with subscribing using our standard checkout, please note the following:

1. If you are getting an error, please save a screenshot and contact us with error details.
2. If your country is not listed, please share your country name in the contact form below.

How many people can use a Subscription/ Membership?

A Subscription is meant for a single user. You can login from any device (Mobile/ Tablet/ PC etc.)
If you are looking for your team or organization to access the subscription, please contact us for a quote.

I forgot my password. How can I recover it?

Click on the Login option available in the panel right at the top. You will find a link title “Lost your password”. Click on that and enter your email ID to recover and reset your password.

Can I access / buy only a part of the tutorials?

A subscription option gives you access to all the content. The content is updated regularly and the discussion forums provide an on-going source to find answers to your presentation issues.  We do not have a way to price and provide access to 1 or more specific tutorials.

Do I need to install any software to see the tutorials?

All our tutorials are available on our website PrezoTraining.com. As long as you have a web browser ( Internet Explorer or Firefox or Chrome or Opera or Safari etc.) you can access and view the tutorials and download the material.

Your web browser should be able to play videos. That’s all. There is no need to install any additional software whatsoever.

YouTube is blocked in my country / Office. Is that going to be an issue?

Our content and tutorials are hosted independently. So if your company or country blocks Youtube or other common video channels, this is not a problem. You can still view the content when you subscribe. 

How can I update my Member Details  / Email ID?

Just login to your account and go over to the My Profile option available in the panel to the right of the screen. You can change your user name/ password etc. You can also change your registered email ID there.

Do you help with presentation makeovers?

The Subscription option does not include any specific presentation help, specific makeover, personal coaching or personal presentation advice. We will answer any query that will help many subscribers.

At this time, we are unable to help with making over or designing specific presentations or conducting workshops. We have done that in the past but currently do not have the wherewithal to do so.
